The limits of spoken directions

"Go straight from exit 3 of X station..." rarely lands with a first-time visitor. A QR linking to Naver Map opens the exact location and directions with one scan.

A Place link goes further — hours, menu, and reviews all on one page — which helps promote the store too.

Getting the link

Search for your store in the Naver Map app or web, open the detail view, and tap 'Share' to copy the link. If your store is registered on Naver Place, the Place detail page link works the same way.

Both are ordinary URLs, so keep the QR type as 'URL'.

Creating and using the QR

In 'Create QR', paste the link as the URL type and pick a color matching your store's branding. SVG suits business cards and flyers; PNG works for social posts.

Adding a caption like 'Get directions' via the frame feature makes the QR's purpose obvious and raises scan rates.

When you move or update your listing

If you relocate or re-register your Naver Place listing, the link can change. Before reprinting materials, scan the QR yourself to confirm it points to the current location.

With multiple branches, make a separate QR for each location so customers are guided to the right store.
